I enjoyed shooting this New York City Engagement session with Christina + Joseph at South Street Seaport!!! Not only are they obviously in-love, but they are fun, lively, adorable, and were ready to do anything for a fun session. Right from the start the two hit it off the first time they met and got along extremely well...as if they were meant to be! During a vacation in Lake George, Joseph proposed to Christina and simply stated that they shouldn't go out to dinner as boyfriend and girlfriend, but as something more...his fiancé. Christina wept...and of course she said yes. Her ring is a heirloom from her great grandmother! Such a beautiful piece of art and these two are so lucky to have found one another and they cannot wait to start their journey together. Their wedding is in the spring of 2014 and their friend made a cute umbrella with their Save The Date! Great idea and it made a wonderful prop for pictures. South Street Seaport is a favorite place in New York City, and so glad that's where they decided to do their session there. The place was vibrant and full of life, just like our wonderful couple. Christina had many ideas and I LOVE it when couples share their vision and I am more than happy to meet the challenge of making that vision become a reality. After looking over their images, I just sighed the whole time since I just felt their love through their photographs. This is why I do what I do so I can capture what I see, and share it with in-love couples so they can have those memories forever. I am happy they loved the pictures so here's a few teasers from their engagement session!
